Here is what working with Delta-G Solution looks like from your side—predictable steps, transparent scope, and control over where your data lives.

    Inquiry & fit check

    You share the decision or operational problem you’re facing—optionally with a short data snapshot or constraints list. We reply with a candid view: whether analytics can help, roughly how, and whether a paid diagnostic is worth it.

  2. 02

    Discovery workshop

    A focused session with the people who own the decision. We map objectives, constraints, stakeholders, success criteria, and data sources. You leave with a written problem statement both sides agree on.

  3. 03

    Proposal & data arrangement

    You receive a fixed-scope proposal: deliverables, timeline, assumptions, and fees. Together we choose how data will be accessed—standard secure transfer, or a fully on-premises engagement where your data never leaves your environment.

    Build & review cycles

    Work proceeds in short review loops. You see intermediate findings early—metric definitions, model drafts, optimization formulations—so course corrections happen before final delivery, not after.

  5. 05

    Delivery & handoff

    You get the agreed outputs: reports, decision aids, models, or plans—plus documentation your team can maintain. A short walkthrough ensures operators and leaders know how to use what was built.

    Optional follow-on

    Many clients retain light support for refreshes, monitoring, or the next decision cycle. Others stop at handoff. Either path is planned up front so expectations stay clear.

Data handling

On-premises option: your data stays with you

When confidentiality is non-negotiable—donor records, patient-adjacent data, proprietary operations, or regulated datasets—you can require that all processing happens on your premises or private infrastructure. In that mode, source data is not uploaded to Delta-G cloud systems and is not copied to external laptops beyond what you explicitly authorize inside your network.

  • Workstations or VMs you provision; we work inside your access controls
  • No requirement to send raw datasets off-site
  • Outputs (reports, models, scripts) delivered under your data policies
  • NDAs and data-processing terms aligned to your compliance needs

Standard remote engagements remain available when data sensitivity allows. You choose the mode during proposal—never as an afterthought.
